The following general returns policy is applicable to all items sold on headwaysports.com

  • In general, an item may be eligible for return within the applicable return window if it fulfils one or more of the following conditions:
    1. Was delivered in a physically damaged condition
    2. Has missing parts or accessories
    3. Is different from what was ordered
  • All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact (tags should not be cut), warranty cards, original accessories and in the original manufacturers box/packaging as delivered to you. We may reject the return pickup if the items are not returned according to the policy mentioned.

  • arranty Claims: For claiming the warranty on the item please contact the manufacturer directly. Please provide them the details along with the copy of the invoice sent to you with the order.
